We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Mill/Turn Programmer/Setter/Operator to join our team in Dorset. Key Responsibilities: Program, set, and operate CNC Mill/Turn Lathe machines with FANUC control systems to produce precision components to customer specifications. Produce both offline and online CNC programs – experience with Edgecam software is an advantage but not essential. Inspect your own work to ensure compliance with drawings and SPC requirements. Maintain a high standard of engineering ability and workmanship. Keep your work area organized and compliant with 5C/5S standards. What We're Looking For: Recognized apprenticeship in mechanical engineering. Fully skilled engineer with experience in precision machining. Strong knowledge of FANUC controls and CNC programming. Experience with Nakamura machines with bar feed (advantageous but not essential). Previous experience in the aerospace industry preferred.
