Manchester Communication Academy are seeking to appoint 2 Learning Support Assistants to build capacity in our Inclusion team. The position is a great opportunity for someone who shares our passion for delivering educational excellence. The right candidate will have experience in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) who is passionate about removing barriers to learning.

The Greater Manchester Academies Trust is situated in Harpurhey, North Manchester. We are made up of Manchester Communication Academy and Manchester Communication Primary academy. In addition, the trust also includes the North Manchester Initial Teacher Training Partnership and Manchester Communication Research School.

In our Ofsted inspection in 2019 we were recognised as a GOOD school and want to build on this by recruiting excellent practitioners that are driven by evidence informed practice. MCA received Research School status in September 2019 and we are proud of the work that we conduct in partnership with the EEF and how this drives our teaching practice.
