Job Description:
We are looking for Business or Finance degree related students to help us within the Electronics Business Unit Finance reporting team
The key areas within the role are :
• To provide basic Finance support to the Future Factory Project Managers (liaise with planners, procurement and central finance Capex team, answer any ad hoc daily finance queries regarding journals, accruals & SAP, deputise for the FC during PPRPs)
• Support the Financial Controller in monthly updating and maintain BU overhead reports, its analysis and reconciliation
• Work with Financial Controller during month end process, especially in preparation and uploads of month end accruals and prepayments for BU overheads as well as subsequent forecast upload and reconciliation. Maintain accruals and prepayments schedules and back up to prepaid invoices.
• BU Overheads budget upload and reconciliation to SAP
• Assist Financial Controller in supplier invoices payments processing, i.e.: adjusting DAL limits, liaise with central finance team, and any ad hoc finance admin they may have
• Automation Sector invoicing
• Weekly meetings with the Financial Controller
