Teacher – Agricultural College, Exmouth
Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable teacher to join an agricultural college in Exmouth, starting after the Easter half term. This is an exciting opportunity for an educator with a passion for land-based studies, environmental science, or related subjects to inspire students pursuing careers in agriculture and rural industries.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and practical lessons tailored to agricultural education.
* Support students in developing essential industry skills and knowledge.
* Work with colleagues to create an interactive and hands-on learning environment.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to students as they prepare for further education or employment.
* Assess and track student progress, ensuring their academic and personal development.
Requirements:
* A teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent) or industry experience with a willingness to gain teaching credentials.
* Experience in agriculture, animal care, environmental studies, or a related field.
* Strong communication and classroom management skills.
* A passion for vocational education and supporting young people in their career paths.
