We are seeking a results-driven and highly skilled Freelance Digital Marketer to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google Ads platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of boosting brand visibility, driving conversions, and achieving a strong ROI through strategic ad campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Setup:
* Develop and implement paid advertising strategies aligned with client business goals.
* Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences and ad opportunities.
Campaign Management:
* Create, launch, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
* Design ad sets, creatives, and targeting parameters to maximize engagement.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
* Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROI, etc.).
* Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve ad effectiveness.
Budget Management:
* Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to achieve campaign goals.
* Ensure efficient spending while meeting or exceeding KPIs.
* Work closely with designers and content creators to produce compelling ad creatives.
* Test various ad formats, headlines, and CTAs for optimal performance.
Platform Expertise:
* Stay up-to-date with the latest platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.
* Experiment with new ad features and trends to maintain competitive advantage.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
* Proficiency in A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
* Excellent copywriting skills for ad copy and headlines.
* Familiarity with audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and conversion tracking.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
