About the Role
Orbis Education and Care is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Senior Home Administrator to join our team at our new residential home in Nelson. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the home.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide administrative support to the care team, including managing resident records, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
* To assist with recruitment and training of new staff members.
* To develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
* Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
* Experience in residential care administration, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £37,000 per annum, plus benefits including 20 days annual leave, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
