Customer Service Support - Hybrid
To £30,000 + benefits
Based in WR11
Commutable from Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, Worcester, Evesham and Stratford-Upon-Avon areas.
You will be responsible for working with internal teams to support a high level of customer service. Organise product and commercial information to be correct and available.
Experience / Qualifications
1. Customer service or administrative experience.
2. Any technical product or manufacturing experience is an advantage.
3. Integrity and organisation skills.
4. Comfortable using a CRM or similar. Salesforce or SAP knowledge is very useful.
5. Positive and friendly with other people.
6. Able to collaborate with people across the wider business.
7. Enjoy being part of a team.
8. Great written and oral communication skills.
