Job Description VP ZBB Fulltime Derby or London or Bristol/Hybrid What you will be doing: The role will be accountable for the delivery of the Zero Based Budgeting transformation programme, implementing a value & cost conscious culture across the Enterprise. Responsibilities: Acts as ambassador for our Winning Together transformation programme and role models performance excellence as a leader. Engagement and visibility with our Executive Team and senior leaders across Rolls-Royce to drive focus, delivery and sustainment of our ZBB programme. Is able to articulate a problem statement, identify a successful outcome and drive to delivery of the outcome, bringing our teams with you. Develop and implement a value/cost conscious culture to deliver a step change in our approach to value and cost. Use change management methodology and change leadership to successfully lead the programme and business change activity, engaging our teams to drive for success and a sustainable outcome. Develop and deliver the ZBB programme, across the Enterprise, with the workstream leads and their teams, including driving the pace to identify, mobilise and execute initiatives. Consistently benchmark externally, to ensure we have an outside-in view on what good looks like. Provides the over-arching programme management of the ZBB programme. Drives decisions and actions, performance manages the ZBB workstreams, to meet deadlines and regularly communicates and collaborates with senior stakeholders, as part of the Transformation governance and SteerCo approach.
