Job Description
* Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the team
* Manage diaries, schedule meetings and appointments
* Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
* Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
* Conduct research and organise data for management to base decisions on
* Coordinate office procedures to ensure efficiency in the department
* Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients
* Assist with team event planning and execution
The Successful Applicant
A successful PA/EA should have:
* Proven experience in a similar role within the Transport & Distribution industry
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
* Proficiency in MS Office and office management software
* Exceptional multitasking skills with a problem-solving attitude
