Trivet opened in 2019, founded by our two main owners, Master Sommelier Isa Bal and Michelin Star chef Jonny Lake. The restaurant is a team operation, with Isa and Jonny leading a small but dedicated troupe. We are now embarking on an exciting journey, with a new project based in Central London.

Are you our new Assistant Restaurant Manager?
As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be the heartbeat of our restaurant, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your energy and passion will inspire the team to deliver quality service and create memorable moments for our guests. You will manage the restaurant on a daily basis, reporting to the Restaurant Manager, providing direction and coaching to the team to provide a positive guest experience.
What you will be doing:
* Lead the team and deliver exceptional hospitality, providing a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensuring the whole team engage guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations.
* Train the team on guest service principles and practices.
* Effectively manage customer complaints to ensure the customer leaves happy.
* Help to find and implement creative solutions for improvement to guest service and operations.
* Excellent product knowledge, ensuring you are able to guide the guests through the food and drink offerings.
* Manage the restaurant to ensure standards in food quality, safety and cleanliness are met or exceeded.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between FOH and BOH operations.
We are looking for:
* Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-end restaurant.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and inspire the team.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Charismatic and energetic personality.
* WSET in wine is desirable.
* A passion for food, wine and hospitality.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
