Currys Contact Centre, Loughborough, LE11 5XH (Site Based)

Full Time Mon – Thurs 9.30am – 6.30pm Fri 9.30am – 3.30pm
£23,920 + bonus paid 4 weekly (Uncapped Bonus)
As a telephone Sales Advisor within our Outbound Mobiles team, you'll be speaking to customers regarding mobile phone network services, new contracts, upgrades, and sim only deals. You’ll use your excellent communication skills to talk through the offers and deals we have, whilst making sure they have all of the information available to make an informed decision.
Don’t worry if you’ve never worked in a telephone sales role, with our training and ongoing support you’ll be able to offer a world class sales experience.
As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:
1. Proactively contacting customers who are new and existing Currys customers.
2. Helping the customer understand the different handsets, deals and network providers we offer.
3. Making sure the customer has the best possible sales journey by giving great advice and all of the options available to them.
4. Building relationships with customers to ensure we're converting a one-time customer into a customer for life.
5. Working towards and aiming to exceed sales expectations.
6. Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.
You will need:
1. A commitment to providing great service.
2. Customer Service experience, ideally within a Contact Centre environment.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Experience of working towards targets.
5. An interest in technology.
