The Role
A critical role that will support the Senior Director, Planning & IT of the Company with all manner of business activities, ranging from performance tracking, action list management, meeting facilitation, and preparation/development of business reports.
Duties Include:
1. Attend meetings with the Senior Director, Planning & IT as required to record actions and ensure follow-ups are issued and tracked with complete accuracy and in a timely manner.
2. Support the execution of high-impact Planning projects or initiatives.
3. Performance management tracking with the recording of actions, decisions, timelines, owners, and areas of responsibility.
4. Provide value added preparation for meetings with documents/materials/BI Reports.
5. Action list recording and management of the actions to be effectively communicated and the effective management and ongoing tracking of actions.
6. Support with managing, coordinating, and developing the weekly supply chain pack and CI packs in line with an agreed calendar.
7. Implement and Monitor KPI performance management metrics - to ensure the Planning function delivers value to the business.
Skills & Experience Required:
1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in the industry.
2. Available for domestic and international travel as required.
3. Must have the flexibility to alter hours or travel on short notice.
4. Technically proficient and highly literate.
5. An investigative/inquisitive mindset would be beneficial.
