Supporting Children's Needs
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Support Worker to join our team at Interaction - Huntingdon. As a Children's Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to children and young adults in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality care and support to children and young adults in a safe and nurturing environment
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals
* Contribute to the development and delivery of individualized care plans
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
* Minimum of six months' experience in caring for children and young adults
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Commitment to delivering high-quality care and support
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings
