At Linc, we believe in creating the right environment for people to flourish and we are looking for someone who is passionate, ambitious and respectful Reporting to the Recruitment & Development Manager, you will be responsible for the administration and co-ordination of all activities, training reports, databases and Learning management systems used at Linc. You will also support the wider HR team with administrative tasks such as DBS applications, processing starters/movers, and other related tasks. What we need from you: Experience and understanding of co-ordinating learning and development plans, organising learning events, e-learning systems, and gathering and organising L&D data. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to develop good working relationships with internal and external customers and contribute positively to teamwork. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team, being flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of the business Committed to providing a high-quality responsive customer care service with the ability to problem solve.
