[The Role]
We’re looking for a Data Operations Manager with approximately 5 years of experience to join our team. This role will focus on managing business applications and leveraging data mining methods that design decision-support business reports. You’ll work extensively with Azure, Power BI, and various business tools to ensure seamless data integration, analysis, and reporting.
In this role, you will work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Global Head of Revenue Operations and collaborate closely with department heads across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, IT, HR, and Finance to understand data needs. This position requires strong business acumen, the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to senior management and executives, and vice versa, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
You’ll be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis of key performance metrics from diverse data sources, including JIRA, CRM systems (Pipeliner and Hubspot), and platforms like Bamboo and Delight. With expertise in Azure and Power BI, you’ll be instrumental in managing business applications and designing impactful, decision-support reports that drive data-informed strategies across the organization.

* Manage and optimize business intelligence applications, primarily using Azure and Power BI, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
* Develop and maintain integrations across Pipeliner and HubSpot, Bamboo, Delight, Jira, and other internal tools.
* Perform data mining to uncover patterns, trends, and insights, enhancing decision-making processes.
* Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports, translating complex data insights for key stakeholders.
* Collaborate across departments to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable, effective BI solutions.
* Continuously improve and automate data workflows for greater efficiency and accuracy.

Required:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, data engineer or a similar role.
* Strong proficiency in Azure and Power BI, with hands-on experience in building and maintaining data model and dashboards.
* Experience with integrations for tools like Pipeliner/HubSpot (or other CRM), Bamboo, Delight, Jira, and other business applications.
* Advanced data manipulation and analysis skills, particularly with SQL and data modelling techniques.
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and quality
* Effective communication skills to translate complex data findings into actionable business insights.
* Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment
