Installation of internal and external signage, including but not limited to:
* Way finding systems, vinyl application, hoardings, totems, banners.
* Working with media/substrates such as Acrylic, ACM, Foamex, Window Vinyl, Illuminated lighting systems.
* Organising multiple install teams, liaising with account managers and production, to ensure that projects are completed to a high standard and within the required timeframe.
* Develop trainee members of staff.
* Ensure that the preparation of graphics/signage is completed on time and to a high-quality standard.
* Carry out signage installations using power tools and access equipment in a safe effective manner. Working at height is required.
* Perform maintenance and repairs to signage as and when required.
* Maintain all relevant installation equipment in addition to both hand and power tools.
* Effectively plan installs and work under own initiative when on site, solving any issues that may arise during the install.
* Working unsupervised or as part of a team supporting the lead installer on projects, always maintaining a high standard of finish.
* Photograph completed work and share with the wider display teams.
* Coordinate installation projects in conjunction with external contractors and additional installation teams.
* Undertake any other duties as requested by company management and provide cover for production areas.
* Support in factory/warehouse operation - handling deliveries, supporting with the goods in process and operating the forklift when required.
* Flexible and willingness to work overtime when required.
* Full clean driving license essential, maintain company vehicle, and share in the driving duties when travelling to and from installation locations.
* Utilise company vehicles to load and transport goods as required by management.
* Work towards obtaining and maintaining all required licenses in the timeframe specified by the company.
* Follow all company procedures and Health and Safety guidelines.
