Our client is looking for a customer service and admin advisor to join their Financial Shared Services team.

Your main responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring customer and supplier administrative queries, both on the phone and via email are dealt with in the agreed SLA's
* Work as part of a team to facilitate and implement continuous process improvement ideas to improve process efficiencies
To be successful you will need:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent data entry skills both in speed and accuracy
* Previous experience in a similar customer facing, service orientated role
