Because this position is based in the Education sector you will need to either have a current Enhanced DBS or open to having one processed. This will be a temporary contract until the end of July, but it could possibly be longer than this. As an experienced HR Business Partner you will be supporting the People Services team with Case Work management. You will be involved in organisation re-structuring projects. Offering support and guidance to a team of ER Advisors. Working closely with the Senior HR Director and Manager, offering support in other areas of the business. Implementing guidance programmes for Managers. You will need to have a CIPD Level 5 0r 7 qualification.
