We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated Fleet Procurement Advisor to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong procurement skills and a passion for fleet management. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal teams to understand fleet needs and develop strategies for optimal fleet composition. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new vehicles, and alternative fuel options. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in fleet procurement. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers. Monitor fleet performance, analysing data to drive continuous improvement in cost efficiency and fleet utilisation. Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure vehicle readiness and safety standards. Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, cost analysis, and fleet performance to senior management. Key Requirements: Proven experience in fleet procurement, fleet management, or a related field. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable contract terms. Knowledge of fleet management software and procurement processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Attention to detail and a commitment to achieving high standards of service.
