You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of customer orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring material and production capacity is available. You will need to liaise with area sales managers, our internal quotations department and the divisional production facilities to achieve the customers’ requirements on time.
What will you be doing?
* Process orders on SAP computer system to meet strict production deadlines.
* Input customers detailed order requirements onto SAP computer system in time to meet particular production and delivery schedules.
* Develop full knowledge of product ranges to help meet the individual needs of customers.
* Liaise with customers on a daily basis to manage their orders and expedite requests.
* Ensure the departmental KPI’s are targeted, measured and reviewed regularly.
* Ensure timely release of orders to Planning and Production.
* Liaise with other key departments to achieve the best outcome for the customer without negatively impacting production capacity and efficiencies.
* Utilise problem-solving skills to find customer resolutions.
* Raise complaints on the SAP system and work with the Customer Care Team to reach resolutions for the customer.
* Ensure accuracy of data entry.
* Liaise with Area Sales Managers, internal departments and divisional production facilities.
* Perform any administrative tasks as and when required.
* Ensure compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & 50001 accreditations and all other certifications currently in place, including CE marking.
* Report compliance concerns, issues, and failures.
* Participate in training as required.
* Ensure site adherence to and operation of the Compliance Management System responsibilities within ISO 37301 Clause 5 sections 5.3.4., the company handbook and Code of Conduct.
