Senior HR Advisor (Operational) role available in a respected healthcare organisation.
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team within the Workforce Department, providing expert HR advisory services across all aspects of employment relations and case management.
This role focuses on supporting the HR Business Partner, managing HR projects, and providing day-to-day guidance to managers on HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full cycle of employment relations cases, including performance, absence, grievance, and disciplinary investigations.
* Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
* Line manage an HR Assistant, ensuring high-quality HR service delivery.
* Collaborate with HR Systems & Compliance to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
* Support organisational change and process improvement initiatives.
* Deliver HR projects that align with the organisation's People Strategy.
Key Requirements:
* CIPD qualified (or working towards qualification).
* Extensive experience in managing complex ER cases.
* Strong understanding of HR compliance, employment law, and best practices.
* Proven ability to manage HR projects and deliver process improvements.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience in a fast-paced environment.
