Description
Manage the credit control function and team.
Establish and implement credit control policies and procedures.
Ensure timely collection of debts.
Monitor and control credit limits and exposures.
Review and approve credit applications.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on the status of credit control.
Work closely with the sales and customer service departments to resolve credit issues.
Provide training, guidance, and support to the credit control team.Profile
A successful Credit Manager should have:
