Role summary:
* Act as an ambassador of Mitsubishi Electric when attending customer sites
* Manage allocated service route and complete all planned maintenance against agreed schedule
* Proactively adjust / resolve the issue to help improve the general performance of the lift
* Provide a summary of work completed to clients and electronically close off worksheets
* Comply fully with all site H&S requirements
* Escalate any site issues as they arise, including spare part requirements and shutdown lifts
Key Responsibilities:
* Timely completion of all planned maintenance activities each week / month
* Achievement of Call-Out response times for passenger entrapment and normal breakdowns
* Zero maintenance related insurance items defects
* Positive client feedback regarding engagement and completion of duties
* Working within the field service team responsible to the area team leader and to support colleagues in adjacent areas as required / directed
* To establish effective working relations with the site operations team of all clients within your designated service route
* The role supportsour contractual serviceclients which coversa very broad range of customers,
* from large corporate commercial sites to high wealth individuals’ private homes.
* The role is field based and is the most significant client facing position within the business regarding the day-to-day contact with our clients.
* Strong and effective service delivery will help ensure we both retain and grow the service portfolio which will support the broader divisional and branch goals.
