An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Estates and Facilities Department for an enthusiastic team member for a Facilities Management Assistant (FMA) Domestic. The post is suited to a motivated and experienced Domestic services worker to work in Clockview Hospital. The postholder(s) will provide a cleaning/housekeeping service around Secure Division ensuring National cleaning standards, PLACE requirements and CQC standards are met.
Main duties of the job
An opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Management Assistant (Cleaning/Catering/Portering duties) to work as part of a team at Clock View Hospital, to carry out Cleaning, Catering and Portering duties and help us maintain the high standards already set within this department and in line with National Standards. We are looking to recruit a team member who has a flexible approach to their workload, can work to deadlines and show high standards of quality in their work.
You must have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, a positive attitude and a willingness to work within an acute mental health ward environment providing a high standard of cleanliness at all times. You must also possess the ability to work within a team or on your own as necessary with an understanding of health and safety in relation to safe working practices.
Shift Pattern: Saturday and Sunday 08:00-15:00 hours; 13 hours per week. Some experience in a similar role would be beneficial; however, full training will be given.
