Maintenance Planner & Administrator
Location: Ashington
Contract: Temporary maternity cover up to 12 months
Hours: 37 per week Monday to Friday
Salary: £25,503.57 per annum.
Closing Date: 26th November 2024 at 5pm.

About the role:
* Planning and scheduling trade resources
* Delivering high level business support and administrative activities
* Providing advice, support and guidance on repairs and maintenance related issues
* Maintaining accurate records to enable meaningful and precise key performance indictors and management information
About you:
You’ll need:
* Experience of working in a repairs and maintenance function
* Experience working with Salesforce
* Experience of scheduling trade resources, administrating repairs and maintaining accurate records
* Skilled at managing a busy varied workload with changing priorities
* Well organised with good influencing skills and a keen eye for detail
* Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook
