About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our team at The Highdown in Goring-by-Sea. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
Reporting to the Head Chef, you will lead kitchen operations, drive the food culture, and engage your team and customers with exciting new dishes. Previous experience in catering and hospitality is essential, as well as a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
A competitive salary of £38,000 plus tronc (tips paid into your bank) awaits the successful candidate. In addition to a great salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
