Job Outline
The successful applicant will be part of the Exeter Trade team at Porcelanosa. The main responsibility will be to continuously generate new business as well as managing key accounts on a daily basis. Your base location will be the Norwich Head Office; however, you will be expected to cover the surrounding areas.
Key Skills and Responsibilities
1. Ensure the customer base is updated and aware of all enquiry points, contact names, and methods of operation to meet their requirements.
2. Familiarize yourself with all personnel working within the client’s business, ensuring they are familiar with the Porcelanosa brand and image.
3. Be fully conversant with the complete range and technical specifications of our products to facilitate suitable procurement solutions to meet the customer’s needs.
4. Ensure all local developers/interior designers and architects receive regular contact with you or other appropriate members of Porcelanosa to ensure they are provided with up-to-date specifications and price lists.
5. Develop and encourage existing and prospective customers to purchase Porcelanosa products in preference to our competitors based on our product quality, unique solutions, and service.
6. Introduce all new products and services offered by Porcelanosa in line with the current business strategy.
7. Liaise with all levels of staff within the Company to ensure customer expectations and service levels are achieved.
8. Be aware of market trends as well as competitors' activities, product ranges, strengths, and weaknesses.
9. Maintain clear and accurate reporting procedures regarding all business activities and ensure all communications are submitted in a timely fashion.
10. Aim to accomplish set sales targets, striving to exceed both the monthly and annual sales targets.

4. Relevant experience with face-to-face customer sales in a similar environment or possesses the underlying traits to fulfill this role.

6. At least 3 years' experience within a similar role.
7. Preferably someone with a kitchen, bathroom, or tiles background to have an understanding of the products, though it isn’t essential.
Education and Qualifications
A good level of verbal, written, and numerical literacy. Valid driving licence.
