Hours: 08:30 to 17:00 with 1 hour break for lunch

Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual looking for an exciting career opportunity in sales? Look no further! We are the largest independently owned Material Handling Equipment (MHE) provider, and we're seeking talented Business Development Executives to join our expanding family. We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Executive based in Hull.
Your Role:
Based at our Hull branch, you will be an important and valued part of the sales process with a focus on the development of sales opportunities. As an essential part of our marketing team, you will be connecting with potential clients and showcasing the incredible range of MHE solutions we offer. Your responsibilities will include:
* Identifying and profiling new prospective customers through sources such as sales team feedback and LinkedIn;
* Initiating outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our products and services;
* Engagement in digital marketing campaigns via email and social media;
* Utilising CRM systems to nurture and maintain strong relationships with leads, capturing valuable insights;
* Ensuring CRM system data integrity;
* Gaining insights into clients' needs and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements;
* Collaborating seamlessly with the sales team to drive revenue growth;
* Contributing to a dynamic and energetic work atmosphere.
Qualifications:
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written;
* A genuine passion for sales and building authentic connections;
* Proactive and self-motivated, thriving in both independent and collaborative settings;
* Previous telemarketing or sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory;
* Proficiency in CRM systems advantageous but not mandatory;
