Job Description
1. Lead the development and execution of a dynamic and energetic marketing team.
2. Strengthen lead generation and conversion strategies in the B2B sector.
3. Enhance marketing capabilities to support the launch of a B2B e-commerce platform.
4. Simplify and automate key marketing processes while building a CRM database and marketing capabilities for B2C.
5. Oversee and manage the marketing budget.
6. Drive brand awareness and positioning across all marketing channels.
7. Foster a high-performance marketing team.
8. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.
9. Engage with key stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Interim Marketing Director should have:
1. Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the exhibition, events, and conferencing sector; relevant experience from aligned sectors will also be considered.
2. Ideally possess both B2B and B2C marketing experience.
3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
4. A relentless pursuit of excellence, both individually and as part of a team.
5. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Driven and energetic, ready to implement digital and CRM projects effectively.
