PCB Technician / Electronics Technician Salary: basic salary between £28,000 - £32,000 PA Benefits include: A monthly paid guarenteed bonus structure (company wide) which has historically paid out around £2,000 - £3,000 per year (paid monthly), 6% contribuatory pension, 25 days holiday (8 bank holidays), life assurance and enhanced sick pay, full induction training program and career progression, overtime at time and a half, and more Location: Aston Clinton / Aylesbury PCB Technician This is a great opportunity for an experienced PCB Technician to join a successful medical engineering and manufacturing business based on the outskirts of Aylesbury. The PCB Technician will be responsible assembly complex PCBs and motor units. You will also be responsible for setting up and managing a small SMT PCB production line - full training will be given in this area. The PCB Technician will need to have previous PCB electronics assembly experience and ideally have experience managing a small production line. No programming of the SMT machine will be required and the successful applicant does not need to have experience working the exact SMT machine as they view these skills as transferable.
