Salary up to £40,000pa + Company bonus scheme
Contracted up to 45 hours per week
Monday to Friday 08:30 18:00 Every other weekend
33 days annual leave (including bank holidays)

As a Workshop manager, you will manage and develop the workshop team, providing t echnical support to staff and customers. Taking the hands-on approach, you will assign daily tasks and focus, supervise operation to ensure productivity and guide team members on technical challenges.
As a Workshop manager you will oversee all Health and Safety and safe working practices within the workshop and ensure the provision and ongoing condition of workshop tools and equipment, arranging purchase, repair, and calibration as necessary.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent). A strong understanding of diagnostic procedures, mechanical and electrical fault finding, and routine servicing to support the workshop and bring management experience alongside Management systems.
Workshop manager - Experience & skills:
NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Paint Refinishing (or equivalent)
3+ years previous experience in a similar role within an automotive workshop
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Supervisory / Management experience
Understanding of Management systems Ideally: CDK, Keyloop or Kerridge
