Salary: £22,439 per annum

The Role
* Supporting students in mainstream lessons and small group interventions
* Assisting students with EAL (English as an Additional Language) or SEN (experience desirable but not essential)
* Encouraging engagement and progress across different subjects
* Using effective behaviour management skills to create a positive learning environment
* Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to help students reach their full potential
Ideal Candidate
* Friendly, approachable, and supportive with a positive attitude
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Committed to helping students develop confidence and succeed academically
* Experience or qualifications in SEN/EAL support (desirable but not essential)
Requirements
* A passion for education and supporting young people
* Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience working with EAL or SEN students (desirable but not essential)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong behaviour management skills to maintain a positive learning environment
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English & Maths – Level 3 qualifications desirable
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare (Enhanced DBS required)
