The Role
The store manager is our brand ambassador and responsible for the store's overall commercial success. You will manage the assistant manager and a team of supervisors and sales assistants, supporting them in creating memorable experiences for our customers.
Responsibilities
1. Support and motivate the in-store team daily to achieve and surpass KPIs by maximizing opportunities and exemplifying exceptional Pandora customer service.
2. Maintain a strong retail floor presence, educate and influence the store team, and ensure back-of-house activities support commercial success.
3. Receive thorough training on our handcrafted luxury products to become a Pandora product expert. With support from the regional sales manager, develop your team to unlock their full potential and support succession planning.
Ideal Candidate
