We are seeking an experienced architect to join our growing team to help lead the design and delivery of a campus led masterplan encompassing offices, welfare and high tech manufacturing facilities. The role is predominantly based in Derby, aligned to our Sheffield Studio. We are a UK & Ireland practice with strong connections across all of our studios in London, Sheffield, Cardiff, Glasgow, Belfast and Dublin. You will exhibit the following skills / experience: A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience Industry experience in large scale complex commercial and hi-tech manufacturing facilities Be able to demonstrate that you have acted as a Lead Designer Strong design ability with experience of delivering technically complex and challenging schemes within a live environment Experience of undertaking a client facing role with extensive stakeholder engagement Good communication skills, verbal, written and presentation Understanding of BIM Level 2 requirements. Ability to work individually or as part of a team at all stages of the architectural process including all RIBA stages Demonstrate Revit experience A sound understanding of building regulations and construction technologies Necessary professional Health & Safety qualification.
