Working hours:
37.5 Hour working week Monday to Friday various shifts
Location: HU5
Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain Data Entry and Stock Levels
* Accurately processing purchase invoices
* Liaise with suppliers to resolve invoice queries
* Maintain adequate stock levels of materials and consumables within the warehouse
* Undertake regular stock takes and maintain stock records providing reports to the management team as required
* Use Microsoft Excel to record data and produce customer reports
* Raise Purchase orders for consumables
* General administration and office duties
Skills and Experience:
* Educated to A level or equivalent standard.
* Experienced in working in an office environment
* Computer Literate with good attention to detail
* Able to work well both on their own and as part of a team.
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Good organisation skills, with an ability to prioritise your workload and meet deadlines
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Takes personal responsibility for consistently delivering high quality work
