About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and manage the QA and QC activities at our West Yorkshire site. This role ensures team operational targets, product quality, customer service, and safety objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage QA and QC departments.
* Recruit, train, and manage team members.
* Report quality metrics.
* Interpret and integrate cGMP guidelines.
* Lead regulatory and customer audits.
* Investigate incidents and implement CAPAs.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Monitor team performance and training needs.
* Control budget and develop KPIs.
* Ensure site compliance training.
Qualifications:
* Degree/HNC level education or equivalent, or NVQ level 3 with relevant experience.
* Pharmaceutical GMP experience.
* Strong operational excellence/continuous improvement background.
* Effective communication and leadership skills.
* Deep knowledge of ICH guidelines and cGMP requirements.
