Job Posting Title: Creative Manager Req ID: 10110283 Job Description: About the Role & Team As a Senior Creative within the NGCW t eam, you’ll be an inspiring force for creative work across our client base, with particular focus on pitching for new business to grow Ad Sales revenue (pre-sale) and managing you own campaigns, with particular focus on the written word (Post Sale). This role relies on a big-thinking creative with the ability to work within the NatGeo and TWDC ecosystem. You can see an idea through from its embryonic state to a full blown, multi facetted campaign that will stop our audiences in their tracks. And you have the ability to guide people on that journey too, from social, to talent, to digital designers, to freelance writers and photographers and our own internal team of project and account managers. What You Will Do Concepting and developing campaign ideas for bespoke Ad Sales campaigns. Leading creative on pitches and being able to present your work in a clear, inspiring and engaging manner to clients and internal stakeholders, Explorers, photographers and production partners. The ability to craft creative assets in to their optimal state, visually and in terms of communication. Creating clear, simple, inspiring pitch decks that help sell your idea. Having knowledge of the branded content landscape. An eagerness to understand our client's brand, marketing strategies and industry. Building and maintaining positive relationships with existing clients. Working closely with other teams such as DCS, Talent and Sales to develop ideas. Mentoring and assisting freelance and contract workers of the creative team should the business require them. Required Qualifications & Skills Experience working within a senior Creative role. You will be happy to work on your own – overseeing multiple partners and stakeholders in delivering your creative vision. You will be able to write at the highest level across all touchpoints – from banners, to social copy, IG reel scripts to digital articles. Confident in Office – esp. Powerpoint, and Adobe Suite where necessary. An ability to pitch ideas both internally and externally efficiently, visually, and inspiringly. A team player who cares about the growth and development of the CreativeWorks team and Ad Sales as a whole. You will be primarily responsible for overseeing briefs from a region – APAC specifically, and running at least one large flagship multi-year campaign – eg. De Beers / NGS-OWP Partnership.
