A reputable restaurant, renowned for excellent cuisine, is looking for a talented and dedicated chef de partie to join its team. The ideal candidate will have experience within a fine dining background, preferably at rosette level. As a senior chef de partie, you will be responsible for fostering a supportive and collaborative kitchen environment while delivering exceptional dishes.

Senior Chef de Partie Responsibilities:

* Overseeing all aspects of their assigned section, ensuring the smooth operation during service.
* Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard, with rosette level presentation.
* Supervising and mentoring junior chefs and commis chefs within their section.
* Ensuring the highest of standards of food hygiene, adhering to all food safety regulations.
* Monitoring and managing stock levels.
* Working closely with sous chef/head chef in the leadership of the kitchen.
