Head of Sales (Central Govt) - Selling IT Services
* Digital Transformation Services within Public Sector - Central Govt./HMRC/Defra/DWP/Department for International Trade/Bank of England/HM Treasury/UK Export Finance
* Part of the Senior Leadership Team
* Managing an existing practice
The Role
The title should say it all. There’s nothing not to like about this role or organisation. You’ll be joining a Consulting firm seen as a critical strategic partner to Central Government sectors.
This isn’t about bodyshopping for minor projects; this is about getting intertwined in the 5-year IT strategy with the CIO and CTO of these major clients. We’ll get some good candidates applying for this role, so you’ve got to be able to demonstrate you’re a consulting sales expert with a good track record to be suitable.
* Selling Management Consultancy, Software Development, Consulting, Digital Transformation Services, DevOps, etc.
* Managing a team of Client Directors/Account Directors
* Deal values between £500k and £6m
* Experience closing net new and existing deals within Public Sector
* Background in IT Consulting Sales - Cloud, DevOps, Application Development, Cloud Migration
