Groomfield Recruitment are looking for a Health and Safety Administrator for our client based in West Bromwich.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 07:30 - 16:00
Pay: £11.50 Per Hour
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the health and safety department
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of checks in place
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Prepare and submit reports on health and safety activities and outcomes
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and integrate health and safety procedures
- Provide leadership and guidance to health and safety
- Book FLT training and courses
- First aid training organised
- Fire Marshall training organised
-Accident and near miss logs
- Fire alarm testing and rectifying
- Liaising with management for escalation
Requirements:
- First aid certificate
- First aid qualification
- NEBOSH Certification
- Experience in a like for like role
- Proficient in delivering Health and Safety guidelines to all levels of employees
