As a key member of the Water Consultancy business, your role as Project Coordinator is critical to helping us deliver great projects for our Water Industry clients. You will be working alongside a multi-disciplinary team of water project experts on a range of capital delivery projects. You will have a substantial opportunity to contribute to the success of optioneering, outline and detailed design projects across the North West. Key Responsibilities:
* Providing crucial support to the Commercial & Programme Director.
* General administrative support for the wider Commercial and Programme team.
* Manage calendars and schedule meetings.
* Assist with the preparation of documents, such as presentations, spreadsheets, and charts.
* Support with meeting notes.
* Act as the focal point for project responses to external requests for information.
* Assist with and maintain appropriate client systems.
* Providing personalised support for other team members.
* Ability to work at Lingley Mere (Warrington) a minimum of three days per week.
* Ability to travel to multiple sites as and when the Client requires this, noting that two of the main sites are in Kendal and Warrington.
