Bison Electrical Services is hiring a trainee office Manager to take charge of the day-to-day operations of the business. This will include, but is not limited to:
1. Answering the phones
2. Monitoring and responding to emails and enquiries
3. Liaising with project managers to book in jobs and assign labour
4. Ensuring materials are ordered
5. Completing forms and questionnaires from suppliers
6. Assisting with tenders
7. Ensuring accreditation is up-to-date
8. Booking in training
9. Keeping records on certification
10. Managing social media
11. General admin duties
The successful candidate will be organised, with great attention to detail, able to work independently and as part of a team, possess good communication skills, and have a friendly demeanour.
Previous admin experience is necessary for this role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
