Nestled in the heart of Ascot, one of the UK's most beautiful country house hotels is seeking a dedicated Night Guest Services Manager. This role involves exceeding guest expectations and ensuring each visitor enjoys a memorable and exceptional stay.
The hotel is looking for a warm and welcoming Night Guest Services Manager who is committed to ensuring every guest feels genuinely welcomed and cared for no matter the time of night! This position requires meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to serving exclusive VIPs and prestigious blue-chip clients.

1. £31,800 per annum plus £2,500 to £3,000 service charge
2. Working circa 42 hours per week, 4 on 4 off
3. Working 12-hour shifts
4. Typical working hours: 6:45pm to 7:15am

Responsibilities as the Night Guest Services Manager…
12. Overseeing the operation of the Front of House team and ensuring guests have a seamless experience no matter the time of night
13. Providing a personalised experience for a wide variety of guests including exclusive VIPs, celebrities, blue-chip companies and international travellers
14. Creating a positive working environment and mentoring your team to maintain the hotel's high standards of excellence throughout the night
