Our exclusive client based in Preston and currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant on a part time basis. The role is for 21.75 hours per week and covers three day, two which are office based and one working from home. The duties of the role are: Purchase ledger duties including scanning, matching and inputting invoices Reconciling bank statements Reconciling supplier statements Processing expenses, ensure they are coded correctly Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details Running good received and not invoiced reports regularly Accounts experience is a must for this role as is the ability to work to deadlines, a good team player and a good communicator. The role can be flexible with it being part time and the 21.75 hours will be spread over 3 days. You will also receive 22 days holidays plus bank holidays (pro rata), company pension and life cover and free on site parking.
