Production Supervisor

£37,700 Working 3 on 3 off 12 hour shifts Permanent
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a multi-disciplined manufacturing team based in Sedgefield.
The ideal candidate will oversee a team of 25+ employees (including agency workers), ensuring the smooth running of production, meeting health and safety standards, quality control, and operational KPIs.
Role & Responsibilities
* Managing shift operations
* Monitoring staff attenadnace, performance, and conducting regular reviews
* Implementing improvements to enhance productivirry
* Provide reports on performance down time and output
Knowledge & Experience
* Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
* Strong leadership skills
* ILM Level 3/5 is highly desirable
