We are seeking a passionate and talented individual to work on our EMEA Community Video and Broadcast team.

We believe in having strong, two-way conversations with our customers across a wide variety of mediums and platforms. With those goals in mind, we are looking for a team member who will share our vision for great video and live stream content.
We are looking for a one-person band who is able to film and record audio while putting camera participants at ease, and can edit the content to deliver an exciting story about to our gaming communities. This candidate will work in coordination with the global Community Video team, and thread the line between stakeholders across many disciplines within Amazon Games.
Key job responsibilities
• Partner with the global Community Video team to contribute to strategies, requirements, tactics, goals, and programs to deliver authentic and compelling video and broadcast content across key channels such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, and Twitter.
• Collaborate with product stakeholders to plan a monthly cadence of video and broadcast content, and establish a writer's room process for creating scripts or run-of-shows for all videos and broadcasts.
• Oversee the end-to-end video production process, from pre-production planning and storyboarding to filming, editing, and post-production.
• Ensure all video content meets high production standards and aligns with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure smooth production processes.
• Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers when necessary to augment in-house production capabilities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in video production to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of video content.
• Support project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Develop and implement innovative video concepts that engage and grow our audience across various platforms.
• Work with cross-functional teams on the planning and promotion of video content.
• Consult with key stakeholders to define a tone and style guide that outlines the quality standards for various types of video programs for each of our game titles.
• Establish goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for video and broadcast channels, projects, and programs to foster an iterative environment focused on exploration, learning, and performance improvement.
• Track assets and deliverables required for video and broadcast production.
• Manage on-air talent to deliver quality performances, adhere to messaging, achieve goals against defined metrics, and generate positive sentiment for our business.
• Develop video and broadcasting programs that align with marketing and community opportunities, customer interests and needs, and integrate video content into our game publishing and live services efforts.
• Act as our video content expert, staying informed on the latest live stream and video trends, tools, opportunities, and best practices.
• Provide weekly reports on content performance, customer feedback and sentiment, and key learnings.
A day in the life
In this role you will work closely with Amazon Games leadership, Product Marketing and Community teams to build a video content plan that is engaging and educational. You will be responsible for creating dev diaries and community content, as well as support live events and streams to tell a visual story for our games to our players.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in Games Industry (supporting title Development, Release, or Live Ops)
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience creating videos using Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Working knowledge of video platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, Facebook Live, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Experience filming with studio cameras in various environments and lighting conditions, as well as experience prepping microphones, sound recorders, and recording audio in various environments.
- Experience producing video content for a video game with live services, including both long-form and short-form content.
- Experience directing subjects for camera.
- Experience interfacing directly with gaming communities at live events.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience with Cinema 4D and 3DS Max, with the ability to quickly learn new software
