My client based in Petersfield is seeking a Senior Client Servicing Manager to join their team! This role is critical in ensuring smooth client operations, maintaining compliance within a financially regulated industry, and overseeing key Client Servicing processes.
Responsibilities and Duties
Oversee and maintain compliance with St James Place regulatory requirements, ensuring changes are communicated effectively to the wider team.
Monitor and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across the Client Servicing Team to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
Manage and service a bank of private clients on behalf of the Director, ensuring a high level of client care.
Allocate and oversee the daily tasks within a team of Client Servicing Managers to ensure smooth workflow.
Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Serve as a liaison between team members and senior management ensuring clear communication.
Ensure that all key Client Servicing information is effectively tracked and shared with Directors as necessary.
Provide technical support and training to staff where required.
