Key Responsibilities: Deliver excellent customer service and communication across all interactions. Foster positive relationships with staff, learners, and employers. Maintain knowledge of external funding and data methodologies. Process learner enrolments, registrations, achievements, and changes, ensuring compliance. Collaborate with teams to resolve data-related issues and support submissions. Assist with ILR returns, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. Support data audits, identifying and correcting errors. Monitor and support ALS funding claims with robust systems. Assist with the production and submission of the Earnings Adjustment Statement (EAS). Liaise with subcontractors and third parties on funding and enrolment reporting. Support Functional Skills processes, including learner registration and exam coordination. Contribute to continuous improvement in data management processes. Manage personal workload to meet deadlines and targets. Represent and promote the organisation internally and externally. Champion change, innovation, and best practices. Adhere to company policies and uphold compliance standards. Undertake additional duties as required within the scope of the role.
