Role: Sales Partnerships Manager
Reports into: Head of Brand Partnerships

The ideal person for this role will have a proven track record of achievement in commercial and project management support. They will be imaginative and a bold team player, who will support the partnership team in achieving their financial targets.
They will be passionate and driven, with a need to demonstrate a unique and innovative approach, a real ability to get things done and a strong understanding of how to drive our department forward.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Sales / Commercial:
1. Structure, negotiate, and close new partnership deals.
2. Drive partnership and business development strategies to increase revenue.
3. Manage and grow existing relationships with partners to maximize value on all sides.
4. Manage multiple sales proposals and follow up on pitches in a timely manner.
5. Examine industry-wide activity and identify opportunities, translating into commercial strategies.
Account Management / Other:
6. Support the Account Manager in delivery and account management of brand partnerships across the Broadwick Live portfolio and external events/festivals.
7. Support across sales admin and reporting for internal teams and external clients, including post-event evaluation
8. Provide necessary reports and financials to report to Senior BP team.
Team
9. Communicating your training needs and actively participating in your own development in line with the line manager’s expectations.
10. Creating a work environment that aligns with Broadwick values and principles.
Other
11. Carrying out ad hoc duties when required to.
You’ll need to have:
12. Proven track record in sales and generating new commercial partnerships
13. Strong relationships and contacts within the industry
14. Experience of delivering a sales budget, P+Ls
15. Prior experience working in event brand partnerships, from an agency, brand, or venue/festival background.
16. Strong problem solving / analytical skills with a solution-oriented attitude.
17. Must be highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage business relationships in a professional and confidential manner.
18. Ability to work nights/weekends/flexible schedule.
19. High energy team player who has a personality that thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment.
20. Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
21. Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making capabilities.
22. Strong attention to detail.
Nice to haves:
23. Prior experience working across alcohol partnerships would be beneficial.
24. A fan of electronic music is an asset but not essential.
