We're on the hunt for an energetic B2B Marketing Manager who’s super organised, bursting with creativity and loves creating B2B content in the technology space. You’ll have the chance to work across a mix of technology brands, collaborating with friendly, ambitious and supportive teams along the way. As we’re going through a period of growth, you’ll find plenty of projects to dive into and an opportunity to put your stamp on how we do things. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be running impactful, multi-channel marketing campaigns as well as producing engaging content across all our marketing channels. You'll play a key role in shaping our brand’s voice while making sure we’re hitting our marketing goals. We’re looking for someone who’s not just creative but also has a talent for analysing results to help us achieve our marketing goals, like attracting new customers and growing business with our existing ones. While experience in the ICT sector is a plus, it’s not a dealbreaker. What matters most is your ability to communicate well, think outside the box, and to juggle multiple brands and projects. Roles and responsibilities: Planning: Working closely with the marketing director to create a clear plan that supports our business goals. We focus on projects around brand creation, campaigns for lead generation, and content that links with product promotion. Campaign management: Develop, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns from ideation to execution. Measure your success against clear goals, like how many customers the campaign helps us win. Brand management: Working closely with our designer to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all marketing channels and materials. Content creation: Experiment with organic and paid acquisition channels to help our brands get maximum visibility. Create high-quality, engaging written and video content for those channels. Sales support: Work closely with the sales team to provide them with marketing collateral that helps with product promotion. Teamwork: Build and maintain brilliant relationships with colleagues across multiple teams and brands, as well as people outside the business. Analytics & reporting: Measure and report on the performance of marketing activity, gain insight, assess against goals and adjust so we keep getting better. Qualifications: Experience: 3 years of experience in a marketing role, with at least 2 years in the technology sector or a B2B environment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferable but not essential. Technical skills: Proficiency in standard marketing tools like MailChimp, Canva, Wordpress, CRM tools and analytics platforms like Google Analytics. Project management: Proven experience in managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines and achieving marketing goals. Creative thinking: Ability to think creatively, while keeping our key business goals in focus. Goals include attracting new customers, customer satisfaction, and strengthening our brand awareness. Communication skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create brilliant content and present ideas to senior colleagues effectively. Analytical mindset: Strong analytical skills to measure and improve campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. Hybrid working environment ( 3 days in the Stonehouse office, 2 days remote) Salary range: £35,000 - £40,000
